Since 2024, PLANET carries out human rights due diligence for both internal and external stakeholders based on the human rights due diligence management cycle.
Following international human rights guidance and domestic regulations and laws, PLANET identifies the top 10 “human rights risk issues” related to stakeholders. It establishes corresponding management procedures based on the current norms for human rights, working environments, health and safety, etc.
To reduce and prevent the impact of human rights risk within the company’s operation and supply chain, we have conducted a stakeholder human rights risk assessment based on the top 10 human rights risk issues.
Based on the 2024 results of PLANET’s internal human rights due diligence, all issues are considered low-risk and no high-risk issues need to be managed immediately.
PLANET implements mitigation measures and regularly tracks and improves human rights risk issues in internal operations. Adopted measures include “Project Management Tracking,” “Strength Control Procedures,” and “Improvement of Human Rights Education.”
The internal human rights survey results are based on assessing the severity and frequency of risks. Each issue is categorized by its risk level, and the principles for addressing these risks are outlined.
| Mitigation Measurement Principles | Project Management Tracking | Strength Control Procedures | Improvement of Human Rights Education |
|---|---|---|---|
| High-risk | ✔ | ✔ | ✔ |
| Medium-risk | ✔ | ✔ | |

The 2024 PLANET supply chain human rights due diligence survey response rate was 100% and the compliance rate for each topic was over 80%.
