Purpose and Scope

PLANET Technology Corporation is committed to upholding the fundamental human rights of its employees, adhering to local labor laws in the places of operation, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and adhering to various international human rights conventions and guidelines recognized by the international community, including the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and International Labour Organization conventions.

This policy applies to all employees (including full-time employees, part-time employees, contract employees, etc.) and, to the extent reasonably practicable, extends to stakeholders directly involved in the company's operational activities, products, and services.

Human Rights Policy

  2. We provide wages and working conditions that meet standards, and plan compensation benefits, training, evaluation, and promotion opportunities to effectively protect labor rights.

  3. Prohibits Discrimination and Ensure Equal Employment Opportunities
  4. We prohibit any discrimination based on gender (including sexual orientation), race, class, age, marital status, language, ideology, religion, political affiliation, birthplace, appearance, physical or mental disabilities, etc., in matters such as hiring, compensation, promotion, training, evaluation, retirement, termination of employment, etc.

  5. Prohibits Child Labor
  6. We prohibit the employment of child labor. We follow government labor laws, and comply with local laws and regulations regarding the minimum employment age.

  7. Prohibits Forced Labor
  8. We do not employ forced labor. We respect the freedom of employees, follow government labor regulations, and regularly attend to and manage employee attendance.

  10. Employees may freely associate according to the law, and colleagues are encouraged to establish diverse associations.

  12. We provide effective and appropriate complaint mechanisms, respond to and avoid situations that harm employee rights, provide diverse communication mechanisms and platforms to ensure a harmonious win-win labor-management relationship.

  14. We commit to employing diverse talents, promoting inclusive talent development, providing opportunities for universal learning, and establishing sustainable talent development mechanisms.

  15. Assist Employees in Achieving Work-Life Balance

We construct gender-friendly work systems and environments, ensure the physical and mental health of female employees during pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding, comply with legal requirements regarding pregnant employees' work and time restrictions, protect pregnant employees from engaging in hazardous work, and support employees' child and family care needs.

  18. We take care of employees' physical, mental, and emotional health, provide health checks, medical and psychological counseling. We provide a safe and healthy work environment, eliminate factors in the work environment that may affect employee health and safety, establish necessary first aid measures, and ensure employee safety and health.

  20. We follow regulations to protect the personal data and privacy of any business contacts (including suppliers, customers, and employees). Legal requirements are properly manage and comply with such as privacy protection when collecting, storing, processing, transmitting, and sharing personal data.

  22. Employees should be treated with dignity. We promise and ensure that there is no sexual harassment, physical harassment, verbal harassment, psychological harassment, abuse, or intimidation in the workplace, striving to provide a safe working environment free from any form of harassment.

  24. We apply innovative technologies to energy-saving and green products, promote various enhanced environmental protection sustainable actions, improve and enhance the living environment. We comply with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct to avoid purchasing conflict minerals, and protect human rights, health, and environment in mineral-producing areas from harm.
