Default password of website and menu is null.
If user changes the password and then forget it, or you cannot access to the configuration website or the menu items that need a password.
Solution:
Factory default: press the Menu button and choose 16Factory Default and then a notice will appear, choose OK by using the corresponding softkey button.
If you choose factory default, you will return the phone to the original factory settings and will erase ALL current settings, including the directory and call logs.
