VIP-254T/PT received the call press [FLASH] to hold the call, and then press anotehr extension’t phone number. After ringing, then hang up the phone then another two phone will connection.

A: Please do confirm if you’re VIP-156 firmware is before V3.2, it must update to V3.2 first, then update to our last version V3.31:

Update process:
Step 1: VIP156 Version before V3.2 update a middle version V3.2
Step 2: Load factory default 
Step 3: Update V3.31 
Step 4: Load factory default.

Already update and have MAC issue:
1. Update the firmware before V3.2 then follows the update process again.
2. manually update the MAC
2.1 press http:// VIP156 IP/ engineer.htm
2.2 Then choice writeMAC.htm

A: Please press the # key to change the division pictures for different video layouts.
Press # to up the screen. Default is 4 screens (1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9)
Ex: 4 screens press # switch to 6 screens, press # again switch to 7 screens….

To press * to down the screen, ex: 7 screens press * down to 6 screens, 6 screens press * to down to 4 screens
