Please make sure the IP camera has support RTSP streaming feature, and to check the streaming format for it. Then please setup the IP address plus streaming links and related settings via web management. So that you could dial the IP camera number to view the surveillance pictures.
Yes, system administrator can remote access the UMG-2000 by using secure "https://ipaddress" from remote workstation.
The GROUP can not be deleted if there is any user in it. Please delete the entire users in that added GROUP, and then delete it.
The UMG-2000 supports up to 250 registrations, and the concurrent calls up to 50 nodes.
Please check the following points.
1. The IP PBX function has been enabled.
2. The user's extension has been created.
3. The IP address of IP phone is the same segment with UMG-2000.
4. The default username and password of registration are the extension number.
Please check the following points.
1. The domain name yours is a registered public one.
2. You are using a fixed public IP address.
3. The MX record is configured correctly.
4. The Forward and Reverse of DNS are configured correctly.
Launch a web browser and type "https://ipaddress/mail" in the address bar of browser. Please fill the username and password when the login page prompted.
