To reset the IP address to the default IP address “192.168.0.1” (LAN) or reset the login password to default value, press the reset button on the front panel for more than 5 seconds. After the device is rebooted, you can login the management Web interface within the same subnet of 192.168.0.xx.

NOTE:After pressing the “Reset” button, all the system data will be reset to default; if possible, back up the config file before resetting.

A2: Please use the secure method (HTTPS) to access system via WAN port. For example, https://192.168.0.1
The default username is "admin", and its password is "admin" all in small case.

The differences between them are the UMG-2000 has 4 FXO port, the UMG-2200 has 8 FXO port, and the UMG-2100 has support 1 T1/E1 port for ISDN network. The software features are the same for them.
