If you are using VIP-1120PT,VIP-2140PT and ICF-1800 LDAP,configurations will be automatically configured when you are provisioning the phones by PNP or Quick Registration Code. No more LDAP configurations are required. You may browse IPPBX phonebook directly from the IP phone LDAP menu.
If you are using IP phones from other manufacturers you’ll need to manually configure LDAP configurations using the LDAP server credentials as shown below.
Step 1
The extension number was already registered with PBX.
1. Display Name: To fill out the name you want.
2. Server Address: To fill out the 192.168.1.240 [IPX-330(V3)].
3. User Name: cn=user,dc=ippbx,dc=com
4. Password: password
5. Search Base: dc=ippbx,dc=com
6. Press Apply.
